Refund & Cancellation Policy
Important Notes:
- The quoted prices/offers are valid for a limited number of seats. We will not hold the booking at the quoted price until we receive the booking amount.
- The listed price is per person/guest.
- Package prices may increase based on availability. Please confirm the price before booking.
- By paying the registration amount, you confirm that you are interested and have read, understood, and accepted the Terms and Conditions, Refund & Cancellation Policy, and Privacy Policy.
- For triple and quadruple sharing, two guests will get a bed, and the extra guests will share the room with an additional mattress.
- Upgrades in accommodation and separate vehicles are available at an extra cost.
- A 26-seater vehicle will be provided on a shared basis (SIC – Seat in Coach).
- Tentative flight/train details mean that flight/train times, airlines, and train numbers are not fixed and may change without prior notice.
- Flights/trains are subject to availability. Flight/train timings, airlines, and train numbers may change at the time of travel. Tickets will be provided within 48 hours before departure.
- Flight/train timings, airlines, and train numbers may change without notice.
- We will not provide hotel vouchers or driver details. Our tour guide/coordinator will take you to the hotel. If the guide is unavailable, the driver will assist you.
- The sequence of the itinerary may change due to traffic, road restrictions, or other unexpected events.
- Some areas may be affected by weather or permit restrictions as per government rules.
Refund & Cancellation Policy
If you need to cancel your booking, we will be sorry to hear that but understand it may be necessary. Please submit a written cancellation request. The cancellation charges will be calculated based on the date we receive your request.
Refunds will be made for the services not provided to you as per the following policy:
- More than 45 days before departure: 40% of the total payment per person will be charged.
- Within 45 days of departure: 60% of the total payment per person will be charged.
- Within 30 days of departure: 100% of the total payment per person will be charged.
- Additional cancellation fees imposed by service providers (such as banks, airlines, hotels, etc.) will be deducted from your refund.
Substitutions will be treated as cancellations and are subject to the same cancellation fees.
Once the tour has started, no refunds will be given for unused services, such as hotel stays, air/train tickets, meals, or entrance fees, if you depart early, arrive late, or miss any part of the tour.
